Hi All,
Having recently bought my first 13ft travel trailer, I'm realizing that I've gotten myself into another vehicular pickle similar to my Jeep situation. I gather that the "Just Empty Every Pocket" principle will apply equally appropriately! Particularly considering that I'll be living in this baby for a month at the end of summer, and until today, it has been sitting (rotting?) in a Texas parking lot since 2002.
I felt fairly confident with my chores list (e.g., new
tires,
battery, water pump, repack bearings, figure out why the left turn signal/brake
light filament won't fire, replace swollen and warped particle board throughout) until I hooked up to city water today, and found copious amounts of water soaking through the carpet from under the shower pan, closet, and pouring out a bottom vent. At least I can test out the AC as a dehumidifier... I think I've got myself a new hobby.
