New Owners from Tulsa

After a five month wait, we are finally picking up our new Casita on Monday. Our only other RV was a houseboat we sold last year. We liked the Casita for its simplicity and ease of set up. We both still work so our camper will be used mostly on weekends and some week long vacations. Living in NE Oklahoma, we fortunately have great camping within a 100 mile radius. We are looking forward to meeting up with other camping enthusiasts in the future..

How confusing. Are you me, or am I you?! LOL. Welcome to the forum, neighbor, from Mike in BA.

Yes, plenty of fine campgrounds around here, except from June through mid-September when it's too hot IMO.

After looking at all of the models in the showroom, we went with the 17’ Freedom Deluxe. What sold us is the two captain chairs it has. It’s the only model both of us could sit comfortably in..

Hi Mike. Jill and I lived in Tulsa for 40 plus years before moving to Oklahoma City. We miss Green Country and, of course, Quik Trip. Welcome to the forum.

Thanks Brian. We’re just the opposite here. Oklahoma City is my home town. I grew up and lived in OKC until I transferred to Tulsa 11 years ago. My wife is from Ponca City and moved to Tulsa 9 years ago. Yes, there’s a QT on every corner in Tulsa. I miss the 7-11’s, lol..
