to the forum Stan. You say you're new here but are you new to owning a FGRV? We like to hear back stories and see pics if you have any handy.

Cheers,
Mark

edit, you were posting as I spoke

Mark,We are new as far as owning a FGRV.We bought our Scamp back in Oct.We took it from Tennessee to West Virginia 2 days after getting it to one of our Tearjerkers gathering.
We have camped in our home-built teardrop since 2007.We have some friends that have "eggs" and my wife just had to have one....lol . We call anything taller than 4' "standies"...lol

Hi Stan (and wife) welcome to FiberglassRV. As you've found in this topic and your readings here, there are lots of kind and helpful people that are members.

We love pictures! Post some of your Scamp camping experiences when you can... some of us live vicariously

Welcome. That's funny that for you a Scamp 13 is a tall big trailer, most of the 'regular' population of course think they are tiny. All about what you are used to!Enjoy.

well first off, call, they have a few ready to go for a heck of a good price.

i got the standard, floor plan 1 with the couch/bunk in front.
i got a grey water tank, city water, battery pack , an extra cabinet in front, screen door ,furnace, awning, 3 speed vent fan, bike rack fitting in rear, refrigeratorgravel shield, and a silverware drawer.

a lot of that is on their options package and saves you close to three hundred over item by item price. so mine came in about $11,500 or so. i don;t have the numbers in front of me, but right around there.

the ones they have ready have the options package and i think are under ten thousand.
a lot of the things i got were for my wifes health and comfort.
we didn't want the bathroom as we always camp where we can use their rest rooms.
hope that helped.
