New Trillium owner

Confusing issues around the manufacture of the "Trilliums" now that GW is no longer in business.
Team Trillium in Calgary, Alberta, still makes Trilliums. My 13 ft., 2004 is called an Outback. They still have the Trillium flower symbol embossed on the lower part of the entrance door.
So, old Trilliums from all over N. America, new ones from Calgary only now. Correct me if I'm wrong, but this is the last I've heard!

Does anyone know the gross weight and tongue weight of the Trillium 1500 with toilet only, (no shower). The owner says he thinks it's 210lbs. Anyone know for sure? I'm using the "Travel Trailer Weight Calculator", and finding that my Volvo XC70 has a max tongue weight rating of 165lbs. and max trailer weight of 1650lbs. I plugged in a safety margin of 20% which makes the max trailer weight 1320lbs! Ugh!

P.S. Thanks for all of your replies re:the Trillium. THis site is really helpful. The seller is asking $15,000 for the 2015 Trillium 1500. What do you think?
