Newbie from Nor Cal....

Hello, just a note to let you know that we're new here. We're a couple....actually, there's three of us. Our killer watch dog, Molly, is a great traveling companion.

We're in the market for a used Casita Deluxe. I'm curious where the extra foot (between the 16' and 17' model) manifests itself within the trailer? Is each of the areas just a few inches longer or is it all in one area?

Hi Molly... and Molly's parents... welcome to FiberglassRV. I don't own a Casita, so I'll leave the answering to those that do. But, welcome

If you check out the casita website, you might be able to figure it out by looking at the two different floor plans. Many times the additional lenght winds up in a wider closet and kitchen counter area. But hopefully most of it will be spent on a lovely big bed but since I only have a little 13footer, I can only guess. welcome !!

¡Hola! from Las Cruces, New Mexico. Welcome to the Forum.

I do not own a Casita either, but it seems most of the extra foot goes into the area in back, where the bed would be. I know it gives them larger bed sizes as well as different bed arrangements than what we have in the Scamp.

Good Luck with your Quest.
