I Like the plate rail above the back window. How is it mounted/hung? That would be way cool in my Boler.

Its a Piece of molding attached to the shelf which rest on the window molding, We also duplicated and made another shelf with the same attached molding over the Sink/Stove, It keeps everything on the shelf when we are Traveling.

Looked through your pics, your SurfSide looks Excellent! GREAT work!
A couple of questions though:

1. How does your Ford Escape do towing? V-6? Fuel mileage towing & empty?
My CRV's getting tired, and I'm looking for something to replace it with in the next year or so, so I'm always curious about how folks rigs work for them!

2. How do you like the magnetic screen door?
I keep seeing these on TV, and am VERY curious to try one out on my FGRV!

Keep up the great modding, and keep posting pics for 'lurkers' like me to eyeball and admire!

Joe

Hi! I love what you have done with your surfside. I have just acquired one which has pretty much everything original. I have a couple of questions for you if you don't mind... The fridge and counter look like they have similar finishes. Is this the same product used on both? I can't see how my stove comes off to change out the countertop! Also, your paint finishes look very well done. Are all the white painted surfaces done with the same kind of paint, and was it a special kind of paint? What kind of tape did you use on the insulite ceiling, and lastly, is your backsplash attached directly to the insulite?
I am so excited to start our makeover! I hope it can turn out half as well as yours has!
