FWIW, I think you will have a faster sale if you replace the wires with proper wheels. Few buyers will want those and will have to waste time investigating replacement options before they commit.
Looks like a Liberty layout. We really need more information to estimate value. Standard or deluxe? Interior original and complete? Appliances working? Any water damage? Interior photos would be helpful.
