Thumbs up Retirement Dream

I'm Kathy from Texas. I teach and am looking forward to retirement, not sure when that will happen but hopefully not too long.

I have been browsing this website for a few years and have found great information and help as I pursue my dream of being a fiberglass RV owner and traveler.

I'm so glad this site is here and I look forward to traveling to some rallies.

Welcome Kathy. Hoping to retire soon too, in the Dallas area. This is a great resource.

Welcome Kathy glad to have you on board. Whatever you decide on you will surly enjoy. Look for any rally's in your area you can learn a lot at one of them. Most people that have fiberglass campers love them and love to show them off. Again glad to have you join the site.

Hi Kathy,
You could certainly make your dream of FGRV ownership realized sooner rather than later. I imagine you have time to camp on weekends, holidays and vacations while you are working. I do have to say, it is great to have open-ended time in retirement to camp whenever, wherever and for however long one desires.

Hi Kathy and welcome! This is indeed a fantastic resource to have discovered! You'll find a wealth of information &tremendously helpful, supportive new friends to learn from. I too, thought we'd be doing this, when we retired! Buuuut then I discovered the Lil Snoozy video on You Tube, which became my new obsession. Hahahaha ... so very glad we were able to find one pre owned, so we could begin doing things in preparation for the big day. Enjoy the search! Lots of rallies as everyone's told you about where you'll learn & enjoy~ so very much! A whole new world awaits you Kathy!
