Short Hello

I'm going to keep this short as my first attempt did not post and I don't want to type it all again...

HI

"Hi" to you, too! Welcome to the forum. You'll make some great friends here and get lots of good ideas for using and fixing your trailer. (Just a quick hint: I usually copy my longer messages before posting them so that I can paste them back in if the posting doesn't go well.)

Yes, Its an old trick that I use too. It has just been so long since I've lost a post that I don't think about it anymore.

Hi Mark, welcome to FiberglassRV. Sorry to hear about the posting problem. Sometimes the software can be a bit problematic, not often but if it happens once... that's too often. I recommend to folks, if they're posting an involved discussion to first type it in Notepad (or the like) then copy and paste it into a reply window. I hate typing stuff twice too!

Hummm my trailer... Don't know anything about its history but it is battered and worn. Even with the work I've put into it, it needs more.

I've laid pergo type flooring in it and painted the cabinet doors. Put new hinges on the shower/bathroom door as the piano hinge was worthless. Replaced the roof vent. Replaced the 12v refer with a propane/electric 12/120 refrigerator. My wife has made curtains for it. Since we bought it for Winter travel (we ride our motorcycles in the summer) I've installed a wave 6 cat heater.

Completely gone over all propane lines and water lines.

Need to get some LED lights since we hope to boondock as much as possible. But I suspect we will use more shore power in campgrounds than I think, being winter and all....

I'll post our winter plans as soon as I'm finished with the google map...
