Hi: I am just learning how to communicate through this site. It takes me a while to catch on.
I have been reading a lot of interesting topics here for a few months, while trying to locate a fibre glass trailer to renovate (rebuild).
Last weekend I purchased a 77 B15
Beachcomber that needs a lot of work to make it usable. It needs a total gutting of the inside. The original torsion bar
axle was replaced with springs &
axle and the unit was raised about 8 inches according to the ad. At present it measures 9" from the top of the tire to the top of the wheel well, but only 2" between the
axle and the frame.
My TV is a Kia Rondo V-6
I have been reading about a 76 B15 reno done by a Rick N I believe.
I have several dozen questions for Rick so hope I can quickly learn to navigate this website.
If anyone else has info re: a B15
Beachcomber I would appreciate hearing from you. I am especially needing info re: the torsion axle required.
I am looking forward to participating in this site.
