Texas newbies Doug & Claudia expecting our Casita in April

We also stepped up from tenting to our 13' Scamp, and we love it. We've got at least 8 more years before it's just the two of us... but no rush!

Jon thank you so much for the welcome note! Our 5 kids range in age from 24-40. Since we homeschooled, we had lots of opportunity for off season camping! It will be a new experience with the "luxury" of our Casita and only the two of us. Enjoy them while they are home...do miss the noise of an elephant herd upstairs :-) God bless you and yours!

We homeschool, too. Just two, 10 and 13 now. We appreciate the flexibility to take off for a few days when places aren't crowded. Sometimes we even take school on the road (or campground). Enjoy the comfort of your new Casita!

Welcome to FGRV!!! This is a cool, supportive, helpful forum.

Laura and I have two girls, 21 and 18. The younger will graduate from high school in May. We bought a new to us '05 Casita 17' FD in November and plan to start camping and traveling in 2016. You will love your Casita!
