They most definitely are. I was just out there today picking up a bunch of stuff, and dropping my door off to get relaminated. I will be back out next week to pick up my door, and get some welding done on my frame.
Not only do they build new, but they have a ton of used trailers they are working on too.
They are frantically trying to work with not much shop space at the new property they bought and have moved to, but have started the work on a new shop. This warm weather we are having has put a bit of a damper on work, as everything is turning to mud.
As well, they had a big tarp-on-frame type shelter put up, that was wrecked in a big wind storm, and they are waiting for insurance to deal with it, but have lost that space too.
The phone number on the site works, (587) 998-3929, and their email is trilliumtrailers@gmail.com.

I got to see one of the Alabama manufactured units at the Hershey RV show last September. I wasn't really impressed with the build quality, nor that they would present such a unit to the public at such a large show. It looked more like a prototype than something out of production.
If you decide to buy one from Alabama, I'd take a real hard look at it before you buy.

Google Maps does not seem to want to find it, but these coordinates take you right to their shop.

Hi Jim,
Is there a USA phone number? I thought on the site that there was and also a place to get parts for the older trailers.
Thanks once again,
Deborah

Deborah, that would likely be Tom Young's site you are thinking of. His trailers are no sold through Great West Vans. I am not certain if he offers parts or not, but when I got a hold of him around Christmas he told me to check with Great West for a couple things. He was getting some decals together.

No Tom and/or AZ involved with US Trilliums anymore
Tom sold out to Great West Vans back in late 2013. The trailers were in 2014 being built by Great West Vans in Canada as "Sidekick's" Great West moved the factory operation to Alabama late last year but the head office is still in Canada.
Factory:
235 Harvest Street
Winfield, Alabama
35594, USA
Toll Free 888: 498-8267
Head Office:
909 Jarvis Avenue
Winnipeg, Manitoba
R2X0A1, Canada
Phone 204: 338-9303.

That was the email address I was using too, but my last couple queries since the first of the year, have gone unanswered.
This was his last response to me regarding parts I was looking for.

it was early Dec. when I got this email ,and his name was TOM
Hi Tom:
Normally, I ship by Post Office, as parts usually get to the customer without a hangup at Customs.
Let me know what you need, and I can advise.

LOL will not bore you with the history of Tom, Trillium USA and customer service... so no surprise he continues to confuse people. Best to contact Great West Vans (GWV) who now own the rights to the Trillium name in the US directly for your parts or Team Trillium Outback in Canada.

BTW Tom as your in Canada (BC) your probable better off dealing with the guys in Calgary regardless for your parts for a couple of reasons - shipping being a big one but the guys in Calgary will know far more about what parts are on your old Trillium than the folks at Great West Van's (Trillium Sidekick) will.
