We're 3Up Adventures

3Up Adventures (a husband & wife and their 80# lab) just purchased a 1977 13' Scamp after we sold our Sprinter van. This forum has already been a great resource for us.

We're spending this summer fulltiming out of the Scamp around the West: Arizona, Utah, Idaho, Oregon, Washington, Colorado, and maybe Wyoming.

You can find our adventures at 3UpAdventures.com. We hike, do projects, explore towns and cities, and try to have as many adventures as we can.

Someone must have decided the originals needed some sprucing up...they traced the original orange and painted the blue. It's sorta cool and unique but the Scamp orange would be nice.

Hi Beth to FiberglassRV. I love the blue decals... be one-of-one, rather than one of many. Celebrate Uniqueness! I'm actually thinking of painting my original red decals Yellow . You've inspired me!

BTW: Scamp decals come from the factory in either red or gold If you've seen orange ones, maybe the owner did the "paint thang."

AND, I notice a locking hatch instead of the lame fresh water hatch Scamp puts on... COOL!

Yeah, the originals look like their the PERFECT reddish-orange to match our Sahara edition jeep tow vehicle though!

Definitely know the blue one is ours though!!

So the locking hatch isn't factory, huh? We were just sorta laughing at having a lock for our water!

Locking is good with all the juvenile delinquents roaming around! You never know what might get poured down there.
