Pretty 13’ PD wanted. What is a fair price in today’s market for one in VG shape?

I paid $8800 for a 2001 Patriot Deluxe (13ft) in 2024. It was the cheapest I could find.

Old thread... For those just arriving, there's a newer 13' Patriot Deluxe sitting on a consignment lot near me.

It appears to be one that was listed last year, first privately on FB, then on the lot. I was going to have a look, but when I finally stopped in, they said it had just sold. Now it's back. My recollection is it was a 2014 with the new-style bathroom, fully optioned, and last year they were asking high-teens. It appeared clean and stock in the photos and sits on the raised suspension. I think 2015 was the last year they made them.
