My advice is if you have any experiance with trailers at all, look it over and make sure it is solid underneath, can it roll down the road safely? If it does have any mechanical issues is it something that can be repaired by you or you would be willing to pay someone else to repair? If so the next thing you need to think about is would you feel comfortable with the layout and the size? If you can be and like the way it looks then is $5000 a price you can live with? If it is then buy it. If it is to much or feels to steep then offer less but be prepared to not get it if someone else comes along. I would never sell mine now that I have one, took my almost 10 years to find one I could afford, had I had more money at I probably would have spent whatever I could to get my own
fiberglass camper. I love them and have never regretted spending the money for it and have put lots of money into it since on improvements and just keeping it up and have never regretted that either. It is all just a matter of what you want.
