Yup, that’s a rare early all-molded model, 19’ maybe?. We’ve seen a few before, but I’d never heard the name “Spiritwing.”
At that age, value is all about condition. I’d put the value roughly between $8-15K. The lower end would be original and solid but unrestored, possibly needing a few repairs. The upper end would have most of the mechanical systems updated (wiring, plumbing, appliances), and cosmetics redone (floors, upholstery…) It could go even lower or higher if it’s unusually rough or fully renovated. Just looking at the wheels, I’m wondering if the running gear has had any attention recently.
I didn’t think all the older units were 4-season, though. You can tell by the model number. If it starts with 15, it’s a 1500-series 3-season build, and if it starts with 25 it’s a 2500-series 4-season unit. Dual pane
windows are another indicator.
Sagging roof, soft floors, and water damage in the walls under the
windows are the things to look for. Also check all the mechanical systems for proper function, especially the
fridge. You can find a buyer’s checklist in the Document Center in the More tab. .
