Question regarding the value of my Bigfoot

Sadly, the time has come to sell our beloved Bigfoot. I have owned it for eight years now but, with three children, we are looking for something larger and with bunks....

My question to the members out there, is what a fair market value for my Bigfoot is - IN CANADA (I say that because they, and every other trailer out there, always have a higher dollar value up here)?

I have put the up most care into our trailer. All maintenance has been performed by Craig Mayall (his folks founded Bigfoot) in Vernon. It is stored in a barn in the winter months.

1994 Bigfoot 21':

Upgrades:

Solar
window in bathroom
'flipped axles'
tires/rims
hitch receiver for bike rack

Updates (as things needed attention, I would kind of upgrade them):

new bumper
powder coated stairs
new skylight
Rooftop fan opening covers
Crown 12v battery
frame painted with rust paint - black
new fridge
Kenwood stereo with sirius satellite radio
6x9 speakers for outside (pioneer)
upgraded 'high end' speakers inside (Fusion)
some LED lights
new fantastic fan in kitchen
welded in stabilizer jacks
new power center bottom end
all windows resealed (to 'factory specs')

I'm sure I've left some stuff out but that's all i can think of off the top of my head.

I have the original manuals and all receipts/records of repairs etc.

Up here, from what I have researched, I was thinking of selling in the 12-14K range. Wondering your thoughts on this. It does need a good polish that's about it. If I were to keep it I would've done the 2x 6V customization up on the tongue. Only reasons I didn't is I found with the solar I never ran out of juice anyways.

It may be best to PM insight as I may list for sale on here?

I will add some pics today

much thanks

Simon

looks like bargain since a new one is 44,000 USD discounted for a 2014 model.

Is it a four seasons model? That would have an impact on the value.

Gotta say, if you can hang in there for 6 months it will be a lot easier to sell and you will get a higher price. Right now there are a lot of "End of Season" sellers and not so many buyers.....
