I’ve been doing my own investigating and am very interested and I’m heading over at the first opportunity to look at it, but there’s only so much I can learn from reading old posts that aren’t the exact trailer. So how does it look to you experts? I feel it’s an excellent price, is that right? Everything seems to be in great shape, any obvious possible money pits I could be missing? I don’t mind the ice box only, but would like to get the
propane lines inspected and
furnace operational. Anything I should be looking for in particular besides checking the subfloor in every place I possibly can and looking for obvious signs of
leaks or water damage?
