More than likely the smarter of the 2 chargers will see the high voltage of the charge and shut off charging and the dumber charger will continue until the battery is fully charged until its smart sensors tell it to back down. But if you have a really dumb charger it will just continue charging until something fails.

Solar chargers are generally the smarter unit operating in a much tighter parameter so if it sees the charge from the other charger over 13 volts or so it should not open its gate to feed the charge.
