Which Trillium model do you have?

Depending on the model the batter leads could be located under one of your seating benches or up on the tongue.

I don't think you will find them underneath the trailer. Normally the wires from/to the battery are run on the inside of the trailer. Does it appear that there was a battery on the front tongue of the trailer at any time. If there was then the wires should be at the point that your trailers wiring harness enters the house of the trailer.
