Cold Outside Air Suburban NT-16SEQ

Our 2016 Parkliner leaks cold air in through the propane heater vent when inactive. It's like there's no barrier to the outside.

Result: Not happy wife.

Is that normal. When I look at the manual it looks like it's pretty wide open to the outside. We have bug barriers on the outside but that's not helpful with cold air flow to the inside.

Any ideas on how I can cover that vent in the cool weather fall and spring during times when we are not running the heater.

Thanks.
