Fishing 12V power to converter

Hi,
I've got a 1995 Bigfoot B17 and am installing a smart TV in the rear of the unit over the Gaucho bed. I'm wondering if anyone has experience with providing 12V power and the antenna lead to the rear upper cabinet?
Thanks,
Phil
