Fuse Case for a '78 Trillium

I have misplaced the 10 amp fuse case for the original power converter in my 1978 Trillium. This looks like to be a relatively inexpensive part, but is impossible to source. Can anyone suggest a supplier? Thanks!

Here is a photo or my power converter. On the lower right side is the receptacle for the fuse case. The fuse case is rectangular and designed to house a single 10 amp glass fuse.

I'm thinking your best bet is someone who is replacing, or has replaced, (and kept the old one) theirs. I have four, but have only tested two. I will look at the other ones.

OK, I went and bought that converter on kijiji. It is exactly the same as the Progressive Dynamics converter, but labeled Apache. Looks like Progressive Dynamics relabeled their unit for the Apache pop-up trailers.

The part you require was broken. I may have broke it. But with some bubble gum and bailing twine, I fixed it. In the pictures the brown one is the broken one I just bought. The grey one came from 45-1100036. I did not take before pictures, but the little hook you see on the grey one was sheered off, on the brown one. It is a tab that is bent up from one of the sides of a five sided box. Each side is like one of four tabs that when bent up form the box. I soldered some tin from furnace duct onto it. In the process, I broke off one of the tabs that make up one of the sides of the box. The end of the fuse is still gripped firmly inside what is left of the box. The bent tab, on the top side of the box, is about 1/16" wide. This was like making jewelery.

I offer you the unmodified grey fuse cover. I will PM you.

You could also purchase a newer style fuse holder ,drill a hole in the face plate and mount & wire it in place of the old fuse holder. Maybe cheaper and easier and then if it breaks or gets lost a replacement is redily available

Many options there. Cost a couple of dollars, eliminate the trouble prone part with a couple minutes of work.
