Need wiring HELP.

Just brought home my new '85 10' uhaul camper home. I love it and it needs help. Got it gutted but the wiring will be a challange. Previous owner pulled out most of the wiring and cut the fiberglass kitchen part out. Why I don't know!
Any help full websites will be appreshiated.

I sent you a PM. I made a schematic for someone else that I can share.

Hi Steve, really cute trailer! I have one too and all my wires were cut up or missing. You can redo this and really have something special. There is support here. Post some pictures of the inside. I wish you well.

Steve, you talking about the exterior light wiring or other? I rewired all of our camper except for the marker light wiring that is in the walls and some of the interior lights. I added a couple 12 volt lights and two 110 lights. We'll be in Florida with our Uhaul in February, down the east coast and back up the west coast. Bob

Wow this is an awsome site! Thanks Thomas G. for the diagrams, what a help that is. I'm going to put on a couple pics of what I think is the converter box. I guess that is like an inverter and charges the battery along with the solar panel?
Thanks everyone for your interest, Steve

To make the job easier I suggest that you get a trailer light wiring kit from Bargman. It will come with the correct color coded wires, a 4 pin connector, and complete instructions. Works better than the cheapy kits or hand wiring.

To over-simplify
A CONverter is sort of like a ginormous battery charger - it takes 110V household current and makes 12V. (they often have battery chargers built in as a part of them)

An INverter does the opposite - it makes 110V "household-like" current from the 12 V supplied by your battery system.
