Am I correct to say that the Fridge, Furnace, Water pump, water heater should all work on LP, 12v and 120 shore power? Yes I know only one power source at at time. If so, we have a lot to work to figure out what is wrong with our systems.

Assuming all appliances are original equipment, the Fridge will work on 120v or propane. It may also work on 12v depending on the model. The furnace is propane only. Water pump is 12v only. Water heater will be propane for sure and possibly 120v depending on model.

To add, the furnace also requires battery power for the blower motor.

Important point though, is they are not all fully interchangeable on power/fuel source. Fridge is the only one that might be, and it’s limited on performance and battery life on 12V.

You can generally run everything but A/C when not connected to 120V shore power by using a combination of propane and 12V battery power. Fridge and furnace will deplete the battery quickly.

I've never seen a 12V water heater. And an older style fridge running on 12V will drain a battery pretty quickly.

Original for that era water heater would be propane only.

Important on a unit over 25 years old, items may not be original or may have been modified by a former owner.
