PD4500 red led light

On my 2012 Parkliner with a PD4000 (PD4045) I noticed a red led light on today. I know the green one is for blown fuse due to reversed battery hook up. Is the red led normally on?

I searched the illustrations and do not see a second LED of any sort, nothing is mentioned in any of the text. Where is this LED located?

On the converter board behind the coil. I looked at all the manuals too and didn't see anything about it.

The Charge Wizard! Operation
While the built-in Charge Wizard! automatically determines which operating mode is best suited to recharge or maintain optimum
battery condition, the Wizard Mode Button allows for manual override and has indicator light(s) to indicate the mode of operation.
NOTE: The Green LED on the left refers to the Charge Wizard!
- the Red LED on the right was for the Charge Sentinel (supplied on
converters built prior to year 2000)

But that doesn't explain the light on a 2011 or 2012 vintage converter.

I'd call Progressive and talk to a tech and find out from the horses mouth.
