skylight panel keeps battery charged

In case anyone is curious, parking our Escape 21 so that its roof-mounted solar panel was directly underneath one of our shop's skylight roof panels (southern exposure) has kept the on-board 12V battery at full charge all winter long with occasional fresh snows covering the light panel for a few days at a time (high elevation, southcentral Colorado).

Interesting. That shows that you could have a small panel inside trailer window. Not ideal, but a theft-free trickle.

If you're asking the OP, it's however many watts the sun is at 8,000 feet elevation. What you see in the photo is sunlight coming through translucent fiberglass panels.
