1. Is it better to have solar panels affixed to the roof (13’ boler trailer) or to have the panels portable to move around to find the best sun angle? Why or why not?
2. What type of solar panel is best? Flex, glass, other?
I prefer a portable (suitcase-style) solar panel. Place it in the sun, and re-orient it from time to time as the sun moves across the sky. Keep your RV in the shade and stationary. Mine connects to my camper using a 20-foot cord.
