Hello Minnie. A few months back I found my water tank leaking at one of fittings. After asking here and doing a little research, I temporarily solved my problem. Along the way I discovered that most water tanks are made from polyethylene plastic i.e. milk jug plastic. It's used for milk jugs and water tanks because not much bonds to it. While there are patch kits, people don't say good things about them. In my case I had some stripped threads on one of the outlets. Teflon paste and a hose clamp stopped the lead. A crack would have meant a new tank. As far as tank removal, there are a number of
Burro owners here who might be able to help. Perhaps a moderator can add "Burro" to your
title to attract them. Good luck, Raz
