Looked at a Scamp 13 for sale this afternoon that seems well equipped. It's a 2005 with the toilet and closet in front. Question; Can a shower be added without much difficulty? This was apparently an option with the Deluxe but not Package model.
Not much help really. My question and situation is much different. The enclosure is already in place by already having the toilet. It's only missing the shower. Seems to me the least that would have to be done is increase the size of the gray water tank (That is what they use for the shower, right?), line the enclosure to keep the water inside, plumb a drain and shower head. Maybe it's not really worth the hassle.

I think it has a water heater. Wouldn't it use the same one?
Yes, if it has one already. I just thought that water heaters were only installed {a} if the trailer already has a shower or {b} if a previous owner added one. Usually, if you only have a sink in the kitchen, the water heater isn't included.
