Sealand Black Water Tank

We have a 2017 16 Deluxe w/front bath

Cleaning up for the winter I was in the bath and noticed the toilet (black water) waste tank is only held down to the floor with three screws. One in front, two on the left hand side but the far back side slot had none. Does anyone know if that was an installation oversight or if Scamp just skips that one because of the curve of the wall? Wondering what others see on their trailers.

Jeff, we have the same model, 2017 16 Deluxe w/ front bath. There is no screw there in the mount on ours either. I think you guessed correctly about it being too tight to put one there.

How do you like your's so far? We just picked it up in mid-Oct, and other than camping our way home, haven't used it yet. Our first real trip will be to FL next month. Cant wait!

Thanks for checking. I have found a missing screw on occasion.

Yea, love ours as well. We picked ours up in May. We camped as often as we could all summer. We are lucky and can park ours here at the house and have a carport. We even camped out here at home just for fun and checking how to pack properly.

Not sure yet but thinking about heading out in January for South Carolina coast. The temps are moderate and we have some family in that general area. The Illinois weather is not much fun around that time. If we go we plan to stay away for a month.

Sound like you have plans for cold weather as well.
