Flexible non-certified LPG lines and using hose clamps does not meet any code in North America. I would not recommend anyone following these instructions.

I'm sorry, but in Italy is allowed because the pipe is certified to the pressure of LPG and it becomes necessary to replace it every 4 years by the date indicated.

That's good for you all in Italy but in NA it doesn't meet our codes. Nice to know though.
