Toilet/Portapotty for 13’ Burro Closet

Anyone know of a toilet/porta potty that will fit inside the closet on a 13’ Burro? Just buying 1982 Burro - don’t have width of closet yet. Thanks for any help.

The bottom of the closet is the wheel well, so the porta-potty will be sitting maybe 12” or more off the floor.

To my knowledge the shortest portable toilet sold is 12" tall, generally has a 2.5 gallon waste tank in the base. Several manufacturers sell a 12" version, including Thetford (Porta Potti 135), Dometic (962), and Sanitation Equipment Visa Potty 248 8L.

I suggest you purchase the trailer first if you can. Then buy the portable toilet. Even if you are looking for a specific height, the length and width vary quite a bit between brands. Also, I recently replaced our portable toilet and found many of the brands sold out, out of stock, etc.

Some small trailers incorporate a toilet storage compartment under the front gaucho. Typically only big enough for the smallest units mentioned. Not sure about Burro.

My Scamp is very similar in size, and the closet is too small for practical storage of a toilet. Besides, with the addition of shelves or bins, it’s the most useful and accessible storage in the trailer. Hate to give it up.

Agree about getting the trailer first.

the Scamp troll hole is pretty low you have to search for just the right potty to fit. We pull it out at night and put it on top of a folding step stool and put it right in front of the door. between arthritis and bad knees the folding step stool is a god send. in the morning it back to the troll hole for it.
so a raised base over the wheel well is not a bad thing just one more project to add to the never ending list of trailer ownership. I will never live long enough to get to the end of the list. but that is Ok its just a wish list anyway.

http://data:image/webp;base64,UklGRn...IDU/gAAAAAAA==this works great in the space under the kitchenette table and can be put outside in a shower pop up during the day.
