Two thumbs up for Shurflo

Had to put this in a new thread. On a recent camping trip, we noticed our pump cycling for no reason. After checking, found a leak at the toilet connection. Eureka! No such luck, still cycling. Opened up the storage, and the front of the pump is leaking enough to soak the floor.

I went to 3 local dealers, they all had new pumps only, weren't interested in selling parts. Went to a wrecker, and he didn't have any.

I emailed Shurflo, told them my story, and within a day I had an email, and parts are on the way. Best of all, no charge.

Good for Shurflo.

Where exactly was the leak? I had something like it and discovered it when connecting to the truck and noticed a drip in the area of the water tank. The barb connection from the water tank to the screen that protects the pump was broken. The pump itself was fine. I was lucky it was on the low pressure side, so I traveled home and then worked on it. The replacement screen was not exactly the same, required some work to fit it, but it is a better design than the one used originally in 2003.

Mine was actually leaking out around the pressure switch. All barbs and connectors were tight and solid

It's always good to hear of "good service" from manufacturers- something that's RARE these days; good service that is!

I have all Shur-Flo pumps.

Many will note Shur-flo's help for future reference

People like me, who are just thinking about an "egg" at this point, will remember the good service you received from Shur-flo.
