The black water valve on my 1980
Scamp was leaking around the valve (bolts). I decided to replace the valve, and put an extension on the line so I could better operate the valve handle. The four bolts holding the valve on were totally rusted shut. I ground down the bolt heads which go in from the bottom of the valve. This enabled me to remove the valve and seals. HOWEVER, the bolts are still connected to the rusted nuts at the top of the square piece that is connected to the toilet. I can't remove them from the top, because they are just below the floor board. I tried hacksawing them off, but the space is too limited. Any suggestions of how I can remove those bolts?
Appreciate any responses.
