Looking for a 13' FBRV for my own use. I'm not interested in flipping! No need for a bathroom; the smaller, the better. Would like it to have decent ventilation. Not afraid of some work, but not interested in a complete overhaul. Condition is more important than age. Will make a competitive offer. Ideally, something in the midwest.
