1973 ECO 13 - Arizona

SOLD SOLD SOLD having trouble changing selling price to SOLD

This awesome little trailer is ready to go on your adventure. At 13 long it fits in almost any parking spot or any campground spot. And at 1000 pound dry weight you can pull it easily with just about any vehicle. It definitely has the cute factor !

EXTERIOR

Original gel coat a creamy beige/yellow. I treat the exterior with PolyGlo.

13 Tires are in great shape

New spare tire and new cover

Original baby moon hubcaps

Polished belly band

Polished drip cap

New rib door seal

New propane tank

New torsion axle by Spectrak lifted 4 for extra clearance

Rivets sealed or replaced with ss screws

All original marker light lens and rear turn/brake light lens

Original port a potty comes with the camper, but to my knowledge has never been used

Caltran camper cover

Original stabilizer jacks 2

Trailer professionally under coated sealed

Bearings packed annually

2 ball mounts with trailer ball, ball is 1 7/8"

7 prong hook up

New safety chains

Coupler lock

2 wheel chocks and 4 leveling blocks

Original dump tank

INTERIOR

There are upper cabinets in the kitchen and also in the front and back

New cabinet doors and drawer front

New latches and hinges

Freshly painted white interior, original ensolite in great condition

The front bench seating originally made into bunk beds, by flipping the back up. The PO detached the back of the bench from the camper. I found that without the back, there was more room for seating, so most of the time I left the back section home in storage.

New cushion covers by PO

The original table design attaches to the back wall when a table, shortened a few inches, to make easier access when using the bench seating

The table lowers to convert to a bed, the back cushions cover the table top convert to a full size bed

New vinyl plank flooring

Custom ss kick board on the step up and also the kitchen front

Original floor trim, polished

Original light fixtures with LED bulbs

Under cabinet kitchen lights work with 12V

Lights under front and back upper cabinets are powered with the camper battery

12V Duracell Ultra Battery and NOCO Genius G7200 battery charger

Original ss sink

New hand pump water faucet

2 4 gallon Reliance Aqua Tainers for water the old water tank has been removed

Original avocado green Coleman 2 burner propane stove top, works great

New kitchen counter flip down counter extension

Old ice box was removed and space is now used for storage the old ice box wasn t worth repairing or using

New curtains with black out liner

Smoke amp; CO2 detector. Furnace was removed and area was converted to storage, door was added.New Camco Olympian catalytic heater 3000 free standing with quick connect to propane. When plugged into shore power I used a plug in heater

I love this camper and if I could keep it, I would. This camper and I have traveled all over, it pulls like a dream! I ve had an Outback, 4 Runner amp; Sequoia

My reason for selling, another camper fell into my lap and I couldn t pass it up! So I m selling as it is, the projects next on my list I ll pass on to the next lucky owner. It s a 73 and a 73 just always needs TLC. I am the 3rd owner, the 2nd owners are good friends, 1st owners are unknown to me.

I dry camped mostly, but not always. For more kitchen/living space I have a Gazelle gazebo. I used a Jackery solar generator to keep my refrigerator/cooler charged and a smaller Jackery for charging/powering all USB powered or rechargeable things. I had plenty of solar lights and/or USB powered lights. For a potty I had a shower/changing tent and a portable potty. For a water system I carried 2 4 gallon water bottles, or more. I was wanting to do a quick connect system but still looking for the parts

You can t buy happiness, but you can buy an RV
