Very clean, well maintained trailer with extensive upgrades and ready to use. Full sized bed and large, 32 inch deep gaucho. Well ventilated with Hehr jalousie windows on all four sides. Original gelcoat inside and out, original ensolite and t molding in very good condition. Stored for 6 years in garage with 6'11'' door clearance. We are selling this trailer to switch to a larger Boler 17. Clear title in seller's name. 1480 lbs as shown. More pictures available on request. EXTERIOR:

Replaced axle with Dexter bolt on EZ Lube axle, brakes, hubs, bearings installed by P. Neumeister

Frame has four reinforcement plates plus two added with axle upgrade

Replaced wheels and tires incl. spare in 2015

Upgraded to 3/8" stainless steel frame bolts 6

Painted frame

Replaced hitch jack amp; chains

Permanently sealed center/belly band; removed all trim and rusted plates

Upgraded to 7 blade connector, harness and junction box

Upgraded to new old stock taillight enclosures amp; LED bulbs

Upgraded to LED side marker lights

Original opening window in door

Replaced entry door hinges Kason 139 with 3/8" offset

Replaced Bargman L400 lock tumbler/cylinder incl. many spare keys

Replaced LP regulator and pigtail

Replaced vent dome

Polished aluminum window frame

Restored, resealed front window guard/awning

Removed, resealed rear window new gaskets, screw covers

Added chip guard coating to lower front

INTERIOR:

Upgraded to PD5000 AC/DC dist. panel, 30 amp shore power inlet, Noco smart battery charger, previous AGM battery

Interior lights updated with LED bulbs, new shades

Original fridge works in propane and electric operation

Original stove works, new stove cover

Replaced hand pump faucet, city water faucet, city water inlet amp; line, grey water outlet and fresh water inlet

Replaced curtains with lined, room darkening curtains, new rods

Replaced dinette cushions with 52x76x8 inch foam mattress for permanent bed

Replaced front gaucho cushion foam and cover

Added closet shelving

Added smoke detector

Original drawers under front bench and rear starboard bench

Original front and rear upper shelves

Furnace removed and stored

Fresh water tank in good condition, in place but not plumbed now using fresh water container under sink

If you are looking for a Trillium that is ready for camping, this is the one you want. Realistic price (see some of the other asking prices), all the difficult repairs have been done, updated axle and brakes too.

Should sell fast.

Why pay 50% more for one with a 40+ year old axle, no belly band repair, windows not resealed and wood replaced, etc. Jalousie windows in kitchen and door are options and very nice to have.

Well, that had to have been a tough decision. Some one is going to get a nice vintage Trillium.

How dificult is it to rip the kitchen area and make a shower toilet instead.

The kitchenette from floor to ceiling is a single molded fiberglass unit that has been "permanently" adhered to the plywood subfloor and to the side exterior fiberglass shell using polyester resin. A multi-tool would do the cleanest job of removing this assembly ...
