Perfect renovation project. My dad purchased this trailer from the previous owner in 2009 and he never used it. It has been stored under roof since purchase in 2009. The ceiling carpet had started to come unglued so it was removed and needs to be replaced. The floor has a small soft spot inside the door. Camper comes with a burner cooktop with propane hookup, cooler, sink, and 120v outlet. The ceiling vent needs replacement. The tires should be replaced before towing a long distance. There is no spare. Asking 3000 or best offer.
