I am selling a 13 foot Casita trailer with some stuff to be fixed.
The major issue is flooring. The previous owner installed an A/C unit that leaked and rotted the subfloor. I have removed all easily visible subflooring and started replacing with epoxyed waterproofed plywood. If you have any questions about the floor, feel free to email or text me.
All other issues are aesthetic and easily remedied. Non working fridge removed. All bed and table hardware is in the trailer, just needing to be reinstalled. Maxxair Fan installed.
