Description: Millie is a great small travel trailer. The trailer can sleep up to four people 2 adults and 2 children. This is the 13 Foot Standard Layout 1 No bathroom. Has air conditioner amp; shore water. On board water tank removed by a previous owner.

Dry Weight: 950 lbs. Hitch Height 18 to top of ball.

Refrigerator operates on 120V and 12V, not gas. Needs to have the temperature sensor replaced for gas operation.

Some softening of floorboard in the refrigerator compartment.

Selling to make room in the driveway for the new 16 foot Scamp.
