Hey Phil,

Good to hear from you. Great to hear that you still have the 97 Bigfoot. Probably is worth more than you paid for it in the present market. The one we sold last year had seven buyers call in the first 24 hours.

We have moved a couple of times since we saw you last. We are both retired and settled in Durango Colorado. We currently own an Arctic Fox four season trailer, so have not been on FiberglassRv much anymore.

Now that are kids are much older, they don't have time go camping with usanymore.. So we bought a class C Dynamax " has fiberglass roof, no slides" and me and Denise tend to use that more for weekend get aways. We have been considering selling the Bigfoot as we also have the 13ft Lovebug.. We currently have more campers then we have time off to use them...

I have been intrigued with the Dynamax super Cs. No slides is a maintenance PLUS in my book. Seems like every trip, another RV would be ideal. I just can't own them all.

We hate to admit it on this forum, but our Arctic Fox does have a slide and we love it. We were among those who never had a slide and criticized others who did. Mainly based on anecdotal horror stories. Some slides are built better than others and ours is very easy to use and has never leaked. The extra room is absolutely fantastic. We only wish Bigfoot or Escape would consider offering a model or two with a slide. If our slide ever gets stuck or leaks, maybe we will change our minds. The trailer is now eight years old and has had no issues.
