Casita Spirit Deluxe travel trailer
for sale located in Bastrop Texas. Newly installed rooftop ac/heat.
Kitchen with table makes into a full size bed. I kept it made up as a bed full time and will need two 27.5 inch table legs to use it as a table .
Indeed, this
Casita was used as a stationary tiny home and did not travel. I never used the
awning and cannot vouch for its functionality.
Dining table has two seats makes into a twin bed.
Two burner
propane stove works well.
New kitchen sink and faucet installed.
Refrigerator works well on either
propane or electric. All interior and exterior
lights work.
Has smoke alarm installed and laminate flooring. New 30 foot power cord with separate voltage adapter. Water pressure reducer included.
The bathroom was used as dry storage and the toilet and plumbing was removed as was the bathroom door. I have a new in box rv toilet ready for installation.
Tires hold air but to travel with will need to be replaced.
The exterior needs a good polishing and I will throw in a new
electrical hand polisher!
