I am posting this beautiful Casita 17 foot Spirit Deluxe for a friend who is a bit challenged on posting on this site. The trailer is being sold because of medical issues. I am a senior member of this forum and you can be assured this is a legitimate posting. I recently sold my Casita through this site. I will forward all PM I.e. private messages, communications to her so you can speak directly to her regarding this Casita.

This is a 2008 17 foot Spirit Deluxe that has been meticulously maintained. No smoking and no pets. It comes with all the standard features to include: a 4 person dinette that converts to a full size bed, 2 person dinette that converts to a small twin bed, new air conditioner, awning with a sunshade, DSI water heater, furnace, microwave, electric tongue jack and 5 cubic foot 3 way refrigerator. In addition it has new upholstery, vinyl flooring and includes a Honda 2000 generator enclosed in a locking tongue box. Also included is a 19 inch TV and all hoses, jacks, leveling blocks and chocks needed to set up. The trailer and tires new in 2018, with about 3000 miles on them have been covered when not in use, and has been regularly waxed and still has a shiny gelcoat.

Has this Casita been smoked in or not smoked in? Pets? How old are the tires? What size wheels.

Never smoked in, no pets. The tires have 3000 miles on them. 14 inch tires and wheels.
