Age and health have taken a toll on my capacity to take and enjoy road camping, and so I m going to part with my well maintained and much loved 2016 Casita 17 Liberty Deluxe. It is currently configured with twin beds with a custom tabletop and rear shelving for storage. The original equipment, cushions, and tables have been retained so that the layout can be reconfigured to any of the standard Liberty layouts in about an hour. All systems are full working order, and it is ready to go RVing!

Standard features include: Furnace, aftermarket microwave, aluminum cased awning, roof AC, a roof vent with fantastic fan, wet bath with toilet, shower, and exhaust fan, fire extinguisher, electric brakes, 15 wheels/tires, two 20 lb propane tanks with molded cover.

Interior upgrades include:. All interior lights are now LEDs, magnetic board mounted with 3M command hooks for mar free removal, 2nd towel bar, oxygenics shower hose and head, LHC Little House Custom bathroom shelf guards, vinyl floor with carpet runner in place, new larger TV, fridge button guard installed , 2 LHC 10x18 folding poly kitchen shelves, 3.5 memory foam wrapped onto sleeping cushions, shelving and bins under rear of 6 narrower custom table. 3 drawer resin chest in closet base amp; other minor additions .

White see through perf installed on all windows, reducing heat gain and glare thru the windows see pictures for detail , Electric jack on front, front sewer hose storage tube, LHC stainless mud dauber screens on furnace ports, hot water heater vent, new LHC uv proof roof black amp; gray vent covers, MaxAir vent cover, stainless steel wheel rings, 1.5 year old pair of premium load range E 225R75 15 Goodyear Endurance tires, aftermarket shock kit is installed, black hub amp; lug covers, rear scissor jacks with 5.5 x 11.5 composite pads mounted, connector cord storage bracket, rear reflective tape, custom spare mount, and new spare cover. The body is presently protected with a ceramic finish.

I understand your dissappointment, but.......I think you may misunderstand just how quickly Casita sale items tend to go in the northeast of the US.

I posted the ad at about 2 PM eastern standard time on Sunday. By 7:30 PM that same day I'd received 3 different inquiries and 3 offers....and accepted one offer the same evening after a fellow drove 1.5 hours in from Philadelphia with a large deposit.

So....good luck with future Casita pursuits. They're a great RV, especially if you enjoy being on the road a bit.

I guess I need to just buy new. What would be nice is if postings were modified when offers accepted so those of us looking would learn to be even faster. When I responded to your posting it looks like it was already sold.

Experience teaches that a sale is not really made until the funds are exchanged and the bill of sale and title signed and delivered. In my situation, the substantial deposit gives that person preference. However, completion of the sale will not be finalized 'till this Friday,. Only then will the posting be changed to SOLD!

Good for you on your sale.
I saw that that evening you posted it for sale, and signed on to the forum the next morning and sent you a PM. I was curious if you had received it.
After reading all the posts from many others I think it might have been too small for us.
