I'm letting go parts to add external
air conditioning to a small RV. I had planned to add it to my pop up but ended up selling it first.
A used 2000 BTU industrial cooling unit provides the A/C. It runs on 120VAC, and worked OK the last time I tried it. I also purchased PVC vents and ducting to connect the A/C unit to the RV.
Installation would require drilling two 4" holes in your RV for supply and return ducts. The parts would also work with a single vent "supply only" external A/C unit. But the two vent system is much better since it recirculates the cooled dehumidified air .
It will also need an adapter plate between the A/C unit and the vents, which could be made from plywood or aluminum.
I am asking 20 for all these parts, for pickup only in the MN Twin Cities. I have much more than that invested in this project but I'd like to see it go to good use.
