We had a Shademaker bag awning
on our Uhaul
CT13. It did get water in the bag if left on the trailer. I don't know if it had much to do with the curve of the trailer, maybe the stitching didn't seal good. Also if left on the trailer while traveling the awning
would flip upside down. I would only put the awning on the trailer when using it in a campsite. Kind of defeated the idea of it. I know a Scamp
13 owner that had the same problems. Also if you get the 8 foot awning it is only available with the cheap twist lock poles. Above 8 foot length the good poles and rafters are available. It was a OK awning, but not the best.
