Casita 16 Awning Parts - Massachusetts

I have an older 16' Casita I have removed the awning. The canvas was toast, but the rest is good. If anyone needs any parts off it or the whole thing it is free for the taking. I could ship smaller parts if you see something you need.

Awning was toast (gone), all the hardware is good. The only issue is one of the three clamps that hold it shut is broken.

awning parts

We have a 2005 Casita 16' that is in dire need of the two end caps for the Horizon awning. Please let us know how we can get together on them if you still have the used ones, shipping costs etc. Thanks. We understand they aren't making that same awning set up.

No, I don't want an awning. Trying to make trailer as light as possible with as few penetrations as possible. Some of the interior was missing and the rest I will discard unless someone has a use for them.

I removed the original Fiamma awning that I never cared for and sold it at a deep discount to some folks who wanted it. I installed a Keder Rail on the side of the trailer and use a slide-in awning. This works for us if we're only setting up for a night or two, otherwise we deploy our pop-up screen tent for longer stays. The awning itself folds up and lives in a stuff sack about the size of a football and probably weighs less than 5 Lbs.

Awning from Marti's Awnings.

That is a nice solution. Leaves a nice clean look on the trailer in my opinion, and a weight savings to boot! Thanks for sharing.

I believe the awning is spoken for. I can confirm this weekend.
