We have a 16 ft 2003 Liberty Deluxe Casita for sale in Montrose CO for $11,000. I recently reduced the price. See on Fiberglass RV.com classified. Has Air conditioner, thermostatic controlled furnace, 2 burner stove covered, Hood light and fan, 2 single extra long beds, 3 tables,3 poles, Full bath, flushing toilet, sink, shower and shower curtain, Fantastic Fan, Refrigerator, Microwave, TV hook up wiring, and antenna, new valves on grey and black water tanks, new hot water heater control, closet, kept immaculate, may include hitch if you need one.
Going to be in Denver area soon for two weeks to help family with grandchildren. Must contact us soon. Winterizing it tomorrow.

Hello... I am in N. Central AZ, south of Flagstaff. I have a 16ft Scamp Layout 6. Front wet bath, toilet and shower with sump-pump, my friend is 6ft and showered adequately. This layout is the perfect one, large dinette in back, I keep down as a full size bed. Side dinette I often leave down like a couch, works better for me. 3 way refrigerator, runs off car battery while driving, propane if off grid, or AC. Food cabinet above is very adequate. Clothes storage is good too. It has two burner propane stove, sink, hot water heater, thermostat controlled propane heater, AC which is super cold!

I also have the perfect tow vehicle... 2004 Toyota Highlander Limited Edition. Low miles, all big maintenance done, almost 80k miles (low). Electric brakes for the Scamp. If you haven't bought the other one noted... give me a call.

I have a 16 scamp without a bathroom that has been nicely updated. New Marine grade plywood floor, new axle with brakes, freshly sealed with rivets replaced. It's in great condition. 1983 manufacture. It's currently at my uncle's house in Michigan. I'll have it back here in Florida by the end of December. I'd sell it for 8500.

I know you said 16’, but I have a 2019 17B (17 feet) for sale near Denver. See classifieds. It has a lot of very nice options and is practically new.
