Lol

Well I was trying to use my phone
However I’m in an eye retina study and was severely dilated yesterday

In hindsight I guess I should have waited a few days before posting my “ wanted “ posting

If I knew how I would delete my ad and start over

Give Sid a call at Shade Maker Products if your looking for a bag awning. We have one for our 13' Scamp and it has worked out great for us.(773)955-0998. There is a lady in Oregon that makes nice pole awnings.

Some Character sets do not display correctly on some web pages and email programs. Craigs list is like this also. The ampersand (&), I just used it there as a test of my program, is one of them.

Naw, it was particularly awesome when you issued the "correction" two minutes after the first post and it was even more completely munged up than the first post. Now it's part of the eternal archives of the web!

And thanks for taking part in the study. Somewhere, somehow it might make a difference to someone someday.

In the meanwhile, I got a chuckle out of the whole mess!

awning

If you are handy with a sewing machine, or know someone who is, you can easily make your own rope + pull awning. That's what I did. I already had poles and guys for the uprights, and rope, so it was really cheap to make. Just needed to buy the tarp (Amazon). The C-channel was already on the trailer too.
You can also make it bigger than the stock awnings.
I made mine 10'x20'. Lots of room for a picnic table and a seating area with the lawn chairs. I have a 16' Scamp.
The nice thing about it being longer than the trailer is that we can drop one or both of the ends to make sidewalls if needed (sideways rain, too much sun, close neighbours).
It really expands our living space and takes up little room to pack.

Try martisawnings.com in Chico, California or there is one on eBay that sells the vintage style awnings.
